Statement

Region 3 Director would be a natural step forward in my dedication to NABJ. As president of the Tampa Bay chapter, I have increased our student focus and personally sponsored students to attend conferences and events. I sit on a number of boards and volunteer as emcee for dozens of events every year. I’m proud to be recognized by the Zimmerman School of Advertising and Communication at the University of South Florida for contributions to journalism in Florida. I have worked my entire career to share the stories of people in our community and give back as much as possible.
