NABJ Voting Begins July 1, #NABJ19 Career Fair Updates, Hardship Application Open

NABJ is offering Hardship Registrations for its 2019 Convention & Career Fair! The deadline for application submissions is July 28.
Thanks to the generous support of our partners, NABJ is pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary hardship registrations for the #NABJ19 Convention & Career Fair in Miami. Eligible NABJ members may apply for a no-cost convention registration, which provides access to the Career Fair and workshops. Access to ticketed special events is not included.
Who's eligible?
  • NABJ members who have lost their full-time journalism, public relations or journalism educator job in the past 9 months
  • Applicants must be current NABJ members to qualify.
  • Applicants who have already registered for the convention are not eligible, as this is a limited special offer.
Notice: NABJ is not responsible for travel, hotel, meals, ticketed events or other costs associated with attendance.

Individuals who have registered for #NABJ19 may upload their resumes now at the official NABJ Career Center so employers can access them before, during and after the Career Fair. You may also submit resumes during the event.
ExistingNABJ Career Center members may log in heret o upload their resume. New users may create an account here by clicking "Register Here."


When posting your resume, be sure to check the box indicating that you will be attending the 2019 NABJ Convention.Don't miss out on a chance to have your resume reviewed in advance!
Current NABJ members in good standing, and eligible to vote as of June 1, will receive voting instructions via email on July 1. Your vote is crucial in determining our association’s future. This year, members are asked to vote on proposed amendments to our Constitution and the candidates of their choice vying for seats on the NABJ Board of Directors.
