Mental well-being is just as important to professional development as learning the tools of the trade. This webinar's discussion will focus on finding work-life balance, setting healthy boundaries and practicing self-care.
The webinar will be led by two health professionals and a journalist.
Dr. Dion Metzger is a psychiatrist who manages her own practice in Atlanta and is a professor of psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine, Medical College of Georgia and Morehouse School of Medicine.
Dr. Angela Neal-Barnett is a psychologist and professor, and directs the Program for Research on Anxiety Disorders among African Americans at Kent State University.
Jessica Larché is an Emmy Award-winning journalist who created the podcast, "Decide to Live with Jessica Larché. She is a morning anchor on WTKR in Norfolk, VA. Battling high blood pressure and anxiety in 2012, she began mental and physical work that led to a 100-pound weight loss by 2016.
