NABJ Content Creators Grant

The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) is pleased to announce a new grants program for NABJ members and veteran journalists. The NABJ Content Creators Grant supports rich storytelling of black people, the black community and/or the black experience. Five (5) $1,000 grants will be awarded as part of this inaugural program in 2019. NABJ members in good standing with 10 years or more of full-time journalism experience are eligible. The purpose of the NABJ Content Creators Grant is to propel a story forward on the black experience with additional funds for reporting. The grant may assist journalists with the completion of an existing project, help launch a new story report or the funds may be used to purchase technology and tools to expand existing reporting.
