On June 1,  NatIonal Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) chapters across the map will take part in the third annual Black Male Media Project (BMMP). The BMMP is designed to promote mentorship, networking opportunities and professional development in the media. In addition, the BMMP works to counteract negative images of black men often portrayed in the media.
