WASHINGTON, DC (June 24, 2012)
- The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) announced the
winners for its 2012 Salute to Excellence Awards. The competition honors
work from print, television, radio, online, photojournalism, and public
relations. Winners were announced Saturday, June 23, 2012 at an annual
gala celebration during NABJ's 37th Annual Convention and Career Fair in
New Orleans, the largest gathering of minority journalists in the
country.
