NABJ thanks Mr. Frazier for his support over the years.  Not only was he an amazing championship fighter, but Smokin' Joe always gave back. Mr. Frazier was honored by the NABJ’s Sports Task Force with a Pioneer Award at the NABJ convention in Philadelphia this summer.

 "The world has lost a great champion. We will always have respect and admiration for him. NABJ extends heartfelt sympathies to the Frazier family,” said NABJ President Greg Lee Jr.
