Dear NABJ Members:
The NABJ Board of Directors is issuing a call for proposed agenda items for the 2016 NABJ Business Meeting on Friday, Aug. 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30.a.m. The meeting takes place in the Grand Ballroom of the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, 2660 Woodley Road N.W., Washington, DC 20008.
All proposed business meeting agenda items must include a brief (1-2 paragraphs) rationale. All motions to be put before the membership must be submitted in writing.
Please email all items and motions to vdodson@nabj.org. The deadline for agenda item submissions is Thursday, July 28 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
The NABJ Board will review the proposed agenda items. The board cannot guarantee that all submissions will be heard as part of the proposed agenda.
Submitted agenda items that are not selected may be presented during the new business portion of the business meeting.
Members will receive up to two minutes to present the agenda item at the business meeting.
