Headquarter Hotels
UNITY seeks to promote diversity citywide, so no hotels are assigned to an alliance partner.
Deposit
One-night's room deposit plus a 14.5% tax is required for all reservations. The deposit is payable by credit card only. No reservation will be processed without a deposit.
Credit Card
Your credit card will be used as a guarantee and will not be charged immediately. Most major credit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
You will not receive a confirmation from each hotel. Each hotel will honor the housing bureau acknowledgement.
Changes/Cancellations/Refunds
Before July 14, all changes and cancellations should be made via the UNITY-contracted housing bureau, WCTC/Passkey. After July 21, changes and cancellations should be made directly with the hotel.
A $130 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after July 1, 2004.
