NABJ is accepting bids for our annual convention production support needs. NABJ will consider in-house as well as outside vendors. Download Full Production Request for Proposals, Here.
The convention takes place on August 3 - 7, 2011 at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown and Philadelphia Convention Center. Convention center floor plans are available at http://www.paconvention.com/home2/planners/floorplans/. NABJ will utilize the Terrace Ballroom and Exhibit Hall E. Submitters should review the website for space specifications.
Please submit your bid by Sunday, January 31, 2011 at 5:00pm EST.
