Statement

I feel that I would make an excellent candidate for the National Association of Black Journalists Student Representative because of the experience that I have in student leadership through various organizations. I have served for over 6 years in student leadership, both in high school and college. Student Advocacy is my main priority when representing a student body. I have dealt with the important issues such as college affordability, college involvement, student fee increases, and organizational development and sustainability in the past and will continue to in the future.
