The Visual Task Force (VTF) has invited black photography organizations to donate prints about the African-American experience. Several New Orleans organizations have been invited to attend the auction, as well as the general public. This auction is presented by VTF as an opportunity to photographers to showcase your images to a broader audience. Since its inception, proceeds from the popular event will go directly to the NABJ Scholarship Fund.
The event will be held Saturday, June 23, 2012. Photos will be available for preview prior to the auction.
Don't assume you can't afford a print. It may be your lucky day!!
